Résumé
Cette étude vise à évaluer la fatigue rapportée par les patients atteints du syndrome de Marfan, en la comparant à celle de patients souffrant d’hypertension artérielle. Il s'agit d'une étude de cohorte observationnelle prospective, axée sur deux groupes appariés suivis pendant 60 jours. Les participants répondent à des questionnaires en ligne à trois moments (J0, J30, J60) sur la fatigue, et à J0 sur la douleur. Des données complémentaires issues du suivi général ComPaRe sont également utilisées.
Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the fatigue reported by patients with Marfan syndrome, by comparing it to that of patients with arterial hypertension. It is a prospective observational cohort study, focused on two matched groups followed for 60 days. Participants answer online questionnaires at three time points (D0, D30, D60) regarding fatigue, and at D0 regarding pain. Additional data from the general ComPaRe follow-up are also used.
